  1. Is it ok to have a club on CS where members can chat about the topic of the club, but nothing else?

    That’s sort of the point of a club, don’t you think? If people can just learn how to stay on topic instead of chatting, the clubs wouldn’t be getting locked. ;)

    PS - Clubs made just for chatting are not allowed, as the forums are not your personal chatroom.
